The Madness happens in my Process

My process is simple. I call it CDID.

Clarity - according to a phrase from one of my favorite Anime, where it says, “no ship, even with the same blueprint, looks and functions alike.” This is to say that all ideas are unique and there’s no one-size fits all strategy. But gaining clarity from my client is the first step in my process. Once I understand the problem and expectations, I move on to;

Design - I co-create solutions and map out unique structures that are inclusive by design and would achieve the expected outcome.

Implement - I believe in shipping early and improving often. I lead small pilots, collect feedback, and refine quickly, with a focus on long-term sustainability.

Document - at the heart of all I do is sustainability. Because impact is only meaningful if it lasts and can be replicated. I create systems others can pick up and run with, through clear documentation, how-to guides, and metrics to track progress.
